Contributing of and cooperating with data

Making articles and essays accessible

Since 2016, the Specialised Information Service for East, Central and Southeast European Studies has offered a central article and essay database for interdisciplinary research on Eastern and Southeastern Europe as part of a Germany-wide cooperation between specialised libraries and libraries with a focus on Eastern European studies. ARTOS records articles and reviews from around 400 journals and is coordinated by the Bayerische Staatsbibliothek.

Interested libraries can participate by indexing selected journals or on an institutional or subject-bibliographical basis.
